From the singer: I am a huge Fountains of Wayne fan. I was singing along to this new song and wishing (yet again) that I could sing like a female version of Chris – sadly, not even close. So I started re-imagining the song as something that might actually suit my classically trained voice. It kind of works. Mostly, it was a heck of a lot of fun! Many thanks to Dan for being game for this musical experiment
